The house that Solomon built

Absolutely. Here it is with all hyphens removed and replaced with commas where appropriate, while keeping the cadence strong:

There are Brothers who come and go.

Who appear seasonally.

Who show up when needed, or when in need.

They are still Brothers.

But what many do not see is this,

Without a committed core,

the men who attend weekly,

collect dues,

pay bills,

serve on committees,

practice and perform the ritual,

investigate candidates,

build the schedule,

set up and break down,

prepare the meals,

clean the lodge,

support fellowship inside and outside these walls,

week after week,

month after month,

year after year,

the wheels would stop turning.

The pillars would weaken.

And the lodge would quietly disappear.

There would be no place to return to

when you are bored,

when you seek counsel,

when you need assistance,

or when you simply want the company of good men.

Our fraternity does not survive on occasional attendance.

It survives on consistent labor.

To the Brothers who keep the pillars standing,

who preserve the ritual,

who serve without applause,

who carry the unseen weight,

I salute you.

It is your work that carries this fraternity into the next generation.
