Metamorphosis

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

Every day, I change in ways both seen and unseen.

Cells die, repair, and are reborn; my hair grows, changes color, while some strands fall away.

I notice new spots on my skin that weren’t there before and lines on my face growing deeper with refinement each passing day.

Each moment, I gather knowledge, reshaping my mind with new understanding.

Change isn’t just an external occurrence; it’s intrinsic, ongoing, and unstoppable.

Every day, I am not who I was, yet I am still me.

A mosaic of moments, experiences, and the quiet rebirths that define my existence.
