Don’t be deluded by external circumstances.

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

Having it all is good health over all. Everything else is secondary. Don’t be deluded by external circumstances.

Steve Jobs was one of the richest people in the world. A business tycoon, inventor, and investor. He was the co-founder, and face of Apple. He was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 48. He was a billionaire and could purchase anything he desired. Except good health which equals more time. The last eight years of his life was spent in pain fighting the disease.

Good health is attainable. Focus on eating healthy and exercising. Step away from the gadgets Steve Jobs created. Gadgets he kept away from his children but sold to everyone else. Use them sparingly.

Take a daily walk, eat well and don’t forget to also exercise your brain.
