Are you a leader or a follower?

In order to be a good leader you must also be a good follower and listener. How do you learn to lead? From being a good follower. The question is a very generalized one and my answer to it will follow suit.

Many people will see themselves as a leader and that’s very far from the truth. Just look at the state of the world right now.
